The Challenge:

Hunter Douglas NA was searching for a solution that enabled them to meet all of their publishing needs in an online setting that also offered offline use to our reps and dealers. They needed to stop printing material that was instantly outdated to their audience and expensive for to produce. They required an automated publishing solution that decreases their time to market, increases accuracy and relevance, and provides in-document search across multiple documents.

The prior solution was discontinued and a new vendor needed to be selected. Preferably, the solution would include a mobile app option so Hunter Douglas NA can offer offline viewership at a competitive price point.

The Solution:

Dcatalog’s platform offered automation in Hunter Douglas’ digital publishing process, significantly removing the need for additional manual steps that were required by the prior solution. The solution has helped save weeks of manual labor that would have otherwise been spent adding links, hand-keying HTML, and
