How long does it take to get approved as a DCatalog affiliate?
You will initially have a call with the Director of Sales. Once a partnership contract has been formalized, you will receive an email confirming your acceptance
What kind of commission can I earn?
Commissions are only available to Referral partners. Resellers usually earn a percentage of the subscription fee for each referred customer. Please refer to DCatalog’s affiliate program terms for the exact rate.
When do I get paid?
Payments are generally made monthly, provided you’ve met the minimum payout threshold. Specific details can be found in the affiliate agreement.
What happens if a referred customer cancels their subscription or requests a refund?
If a customer cancels or requests a refund, the commission for that subscription may be revoked as per DCatalog’s policies.
Are there any restrictions on how I promote DCatalog?
Yes. Affiliates are prohibited from using spam, false claims, or paid ads that mimic the company’s branding. All promotions are only available under the accepted company name within the agreement.
Can I lose my affiliate status?
Yes, affiliates can lose their status for violating program terms of service, such as engaging in prohibited promotional activities or inactivity over a long period.
